Man, any @spiceadams video can really turn my mood around, but this one absolutely takes the cake hands down. This is up there with Earth, Wind, and Fire’s “September” when you’re talking about an instant mood lifter https://t.co/mtlAZZ1BAh
Dress for (as) the meal you want, not the meal you have.
Happy Halloween from Winston and the only costume we found that fit his barrel-shaped body 😂
It's mid-September, and the Red Sox' Opening Day second baseman is still in Triple A. What does the path back to Boston look like for Kristian Campbell, and what position does the team want him to focus on over the offseason?

Jhostynxon Garcia is packing and getting congratulations in the WooSox clubhouse. They are all playing coy and won’t confirm exactly but seeing as he was just scratched from the lineup, I believe he’s going to the majors.
Just chatted with Payton Tolle, who is a character and a great interview. On the possibility of moving to the bullpen to help the big league team:
“Whether that's the bullpen, starting, handing out water, like, whatever I need to do.”
Vaughn Grissom today: “I don’t really expect much more opportunity here just because decisions that were made were made, and it kind of didn’t involve me. I mean, all those decisions, they make sense in a way, but I guess it sucks a little bit."

Talked to Chad Tracy about Roman Anthony's call-up, even though it feels like a lifetime ago at this point!
He got to deliver the news to Roman with all his teammates around. Said he got a huge smile from him, and "when you get that out of Roman, you got something."
“Wherever they want me, DH, outfield, whatever” Wilyer Abreu says of returning to the Red Sox lineup after the Devers trade. “I’ll be open to anything.”
Upon second listen, the full quote from Wilyer Abreu on returning to the Red Sox (should be back Friday):
"I'm gonna do my part, and wherever they need me, on third, DH, outfield, whatever, I'll be up for anything."
He actually said “I’ll be up for anything” I just didn’t hear it right the first time, but same sentiment! I just feel bad misquoting so want to correct
Wilyer Abreu says he’s feeling 100 percent and should be ready to go by Friday.
Says he felt good after a few days but he and the team felt it was better to take the full 10 days.
