@Patrick33264855 Here’s some detailed logic around that, which I think you’ll enjoy. :)
The metals and minerals play a key role.
It’s also more interesting to explore this with live data, eg. Theriome Aristotle Plus and Oligoscan:

Aldehydes are sticky compounds that form in tissues which inhibit normal cell function, sort of like a clogged air filter on your car. They form as a result of high oxidative stress which is a hallmark of #MECFS.

#mecfs I have been on enzymes consistently for the last few months (serrapeptase, nattokinase, bromelain etc.) which turned out to be a great decision. With constant inflammation "junk" builds up which obstructs the good molecules from getting to their destination.
I want to tell you about a two-time Nobel Prize winner who figured out why humans get heart disease and almost every other animal does not.
His name was Linus Pauling. He won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1954 and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1962. He is the only person in history to win two unshared Nobel Prizes.
In 1989 he published something that should have changed cardiology forever.
He called it the Unified Theory of Human Cardiovascular Disease.
Nobody listened.
@Patrick33264855 Zeolith - half a teaspon in small sips as a mouth-wash (spit out again) works better than anything else I have encountered yet. Highly recommended on days too when brushing teeth is too painful.
Zeolith ingested (swirl around in water) and drink also works well for me.
Binders have been a constant support. These are substances that bind toxins - toxins attack healthy cells. #mecfs Lowering toxicity helps.

@NobleRingleader I've been using this as a trial and test, seems to be helping. I use other layers that target the gut such as collagen peptides and I've been making some progress with this. So much of this (MECFS) is related to gut/liver axis.
The gut environment has been linked to many autoimmune and neurological problems. It is a vast system that controls immune activation and a host other processes. One such problem is pathogenic attachment which occurs on the glycoproteins #mecfs
