@Instacart @InstacartHelp I’ve called repeatedly, emailed, and sent a letter. I was told it would be escalated to the highest person in claims. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since my letter. 10 months. Multiple attempts. Still nothing.
I shouldn’t have to post publicly to get a response.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp I’ve never posted on X before. I’m only here because I’ve exhausted every other way of getting Instacart to address my property-damage claim. It’s been 10 months, and I still have no resolution.

@Instacart @InstacartHelp The shopper drove all the way up my driveway toward my garage. You hear a crash. She then backs up and you hear the door uncrunching, looks toward the impact, and continues the delivery. I have the original video.
