The conflict is real, nobody here is denying that. But turning your own platform’s listings into a macro confidence indicator for Dubai is a huge leap.

There might be correlation, but one data point isn’t analysis.

@claireindubai Honestly, that is terrible. I would rather stay in full out war then to leave my dogs behind in UAE. My wife and I were discussing this on our walk tonight, and agreed we would never abandon them like that.
