@nntaleb For me, the answer was turkish get-ups. Range of motion under load and core correction. Also suggest loaded suitcase carries , specific core exercises to restore some range of motion in posterior chain.

The Democratic Party appeals to certain voter groups by portraying them as victims. First, they convince members of these groups that they can't win as a racist, sexist, homophobic society has rigged the game. Then, they secure their votes by promising new laws and taxes to level the playing field. The Republican Party has borrowed a page from this playbook. They now portray the U.S. as a victim of foreign governments ripping us off.

Their solution is to impose new taxes on imports to even the score. But by blaming others for our own problems, we miss a real opportunity to solve them. Ironically, by raising taxes and limiting trade, we make the underlying structural problems that are the real cause of our trade deficits worse. Victimhood is an excuse. It's not a solution.
