2026 @UNCGBaseball commit Patrick Hollifield (@PatrickHol08) is poised for a big senior season this spring before heading to UNCG. Another high level arm in the 2026 class heading to the Division 1 that will be very exciting to watch!
The RHP has an impressive track record of production backed up by dominant numbers as a junior. Over 61.2 IP, Patrick struck out 97 hitters while posting a 0.795 ERA and 0.778 WHIP. The stuff matches the stat line. Fastball works into the low-90s with life through the zone with the ability to miss barrels. His slider is a true swing-and-miss offering with late bite and depth, giving him a legitimate out pitch that will translate to the next level. He fills up the zone, competes with confidence, and shows the athleticism that translates to repeatability and continued development on the mound.
While he’s headed to UNCG as a pitcher, Patrick’s overall athleticism shows at the high school level where he also contributes as an infielder and continues to swing the bat well.
