Federal execs received $200M in bonuses despite half of targets being missed
'Taxpayers can’t afford overpaid government executives rubber-stamping bonuses for each other,' Canadian Taxpayer Federation director Franco Terrazzano says.

A person really can’t imagine how much a government’s decisions can damage its own people…
to the point where ordinary folks are willing to gamble with their lives, swim across the water or climb over fences, just for a tiny chance at a better tomorrow.
Without Angelo Isidorou, the Conservative Party of BC would not exist.
Alongside a few others, he transformed the party from total obscurity to within a hair’s breadth of forming government.
He is principled, motivated and wicked smart.
And at only 29, you can be sure he’s just getting started.
I am proud to call him a fellow warrior—and a true friend.
@JasonLavigneAB In Canada voter participation in federal and provincial elections has generally been between 60 and 70 per cent, even lower for local elections. Question here is whether the non-voters will be motivated to get off their asses.
@Victori49569624@SpencerFernando Touche` TDS means everything bad is blamed on Trump and is used as a distraction to cover the inadequacies of, in Canada's case, Carney's policies.
@SpencerFernando Oh my gawd, let it go man.
Everything you don’t like isn’t TRUMP.
It’s so low intelligence to call everything you find offensive “Trumpism, MAGA, it’s just limp.
🚨 BREAKING: Elon just nuked the entire media playbook in under 90 seconds.
Journalist: “You support the far-right!”
Elon: “No. You support the lunatic left.
What was completely normal 10-15 years ago is now called ‘far-right’…
because your side went completely insane.”
Safe cities. Secure borders. Biological reality. Common sense.
None of that is “far-right.”
It’s just not crazy.
The Overton window didn’t shift right.
The left sprinted off a cliff and started calling everyone who didn’t jump “extremists.”
Elon said it out loud.
And the media still can’t cope.
Lunatic left.
He’s 100% right.
FOLLOW ME, THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING
You can blame Trump for a lot of things.
But the policy architecture that hollowed out this country was built here, voted in here, and defended here-LONG before he was ever a talking point.
So yeah… I’m going to keep calling that out and holding the government that created the situation in the first place to account. As is my democratic right.
If you want to twist that and flatten every nuance, detail and history in order to feel like you’re “fighting for Canada”, be my guest. I see you.
