Tri A exams are just around the corner! Our next GCU Student Life Hack is all about how to prepare yourself for the exam period 📚
We teamed up with Applied Psychology graduate Zain Ul Abidin Qureshi to find out his tips and tricks for making the most out of the exam season 📝
1⃣ Travel to campus with plenty of time before your exam to allow you to find the correct room and relax before the exam
2⃣ Avoiding cramming right before the exam! Don't overload your brain by trying to learn or revise a topic before you're about to sit your exam
3⃣ Take some time to decompress once the exam is finished. We understand that not everything can go well, so taking some time to relax and take your mind off of the exam once it's finished can be really beneficial
4⃣ Eat well before the exam! Fuel your body and mind and get a good breakfast or lunch on the day of your exam
5⃣ Get a good night's sleep the night before your exam. Sleep helps improve concentration and memory, so feeling well rested will set you up well for your exam
What are your tips for the exam period? ✍️

First Vanguard, now Quilter. Call it an advice gap or a guidance gap, there does appear to be a significant gap between the help people need and want with their money, and what the industry feels able to deliver.

Totally. But also need to consider adequacy and ability of AE to deliver that.
