@saylor time to stop buying btc. Buying btc will not help sentiment for mstr, instead it will create more negative sentiment. I think the only right thing to do now is to dilute 1 more time of common shares and use the proceeds to buy back strc. In this way u are giving confidence to the market and also delevergaing
@saylor@Strategy@saylor i think the next move is to reduce the dividend payout from 11.5% to 9% and extend the dividend coverage. This will give market the confidence that Strategy is here for the long term to pay dividend. 9% is still 4.5% better off than US treasury. STRC will goes back to par
@YanLiberman if he really sell 2bio of BTC and cushion his dividend coverage and afterwards issuer STRC and then buy BTC, isnt that the same? the dividend coverage will get depleted again.
@YanLiberman The more weird thing is he bought so much Bitcoin leading to 15 may with a higher cost basis and sell 32 btc 2 weeks later at lower rate.
