@Mitesh_Engr Mitesh sir, yesterday expiry at 3:29:59 24000 CE started moving up and closed at 55, similarly 24100 PE fell to 45, that was simultaneous, next moment 3:30:00 index settled@24055
how is that possible?
Simple words I was able to guess the Nifty Settlement before it settled.
The intellectuals at Sebi have totally changed the Fundamentals.
Derivatives derive value from underlying,I.e. options have value coz of Spot/ Index/ Stock.
When index freezes how come derivative is allowed to trade. It's like Removing Gearbox and letting wheels go 100kmph.
If @SEBI_India will make the rule that option will expire before CAS then all the drama by big boys will end immediately.
But who cares about small traders?
Same with me. I don't understand 100 Cr apartments.
My first home in Delhi NCR was a 5th floor apartment in a 12 story building. I was just out of MBA and just had enough money for a second-hand car and down-payment of the apartment.
As soon as my daughter was born, I rented an independent 350 sq yard bungalow/kothi in New Friends Colony. It cost me a bomb, but was worth every penny. I wanted my daughter to play in the lawn, dig mud and run around in rain. Not possible in an apartment.
Then one day came a rude shock from the land-lord to vacate the kothi because they were moving back.
I did not want to rent out again. Did not have the money to buy an independent house. So went mid-way. Bought an independent builder-floor built in a 300 yard plot. Converted a 4 BHK into a 3 BHK so that there is enough space for my daughter to run and play around.
Next house I buy - whether in India or the US - whether I have just enough money or 100s of millions of dollars - will be an independent house. Never an apartment.
Apartments don't make sense to me. Given the quality of construction in India, 50 years from now they will be crumbling. What do your children own - an imaginary box in air?
May be I am old school, but you need to own the land where your house is.
The exchanges, brokers and traders are eventually all going to live with the consequences of CAS.
We're all on the same side here, so directing our anger at NSE and BSE isn't the right target.
Exchanges execute regulatory decisions. If we want accountability, it should be directed at the regulators and policymakers responsible for those decisions, not the institutions tasked with implementing them.

Need to read and learn so the thought becomes strong enough to net lose more than the SL defined. In order to handle this I first controlled learning not to lose more than SL, eventually saving capital. Profit and riding will come post one mitigates the risk involved.
Today morning someone asked me..
Why do I book a 5K profit quickly
but comfortably sit on a 25K loss?
This is one of the biggest traps in trading.
Here's what is actually happening:
→ At +5000, your brain says:
"Book it before it disappears."
→ At -5000, the same brain says:
"Wait. It will recover."
→ At -15000:
"I'll exit when I get my money back."
→ At -25000:
Now the loss is too big to book.
Notice what happened?
Your decision slowly moved from PRICE → HOPE.
This is called Loss Aversion.
We feel the pain of accepting a loss so strongly that we delay the decision.
The irony?
We demand immediate certainty from our WINNERS
but give unlimited patience to our LOSERS.
Experienced traders often try to reverse this equation:
Cut the trade when the thesis is invalidated.
Give the winner room while the thesis remains intact.
Your biggest trading edge may not be finding the perfect entry.
It may simply be learning this:
Don't decide how much profit you want to make.
First decide how much you are willing to lose.

@SiddharthKG7 Majority People are busy with their own lives. The thought of being stalked from next door or street is very exaggerating. Jisko dekhna hoga vo ek Binoculars kharid ke dekhta rahega. Perfect script " The lives of Famous plot buyer youtuber".

@MasculineM7 I would say @daniel_bruhl who played this role in Rush 2013 just nailed it. The voice resembles a lot with the Orginal Niki Lauda Great choice made by @RealRonHoward .
SUNDAY RESET
One of the hardest parts of trading is what happens when the market does something you didn’t expect.
A market that won’t pull back.
A trend that keeps going longer than seems rational.
A breakout that fails immediately.
A regime shift that makes your old playbook feel obsolete.
And the more the market diverges from what you think it “should” be doing, the more attached many traders become to their opinion.
Not because of the chart itself.
Because now something deeper is being threatened.
Your need for certainty.
Your self-worth.
Your identity.
Your need to feel right.
Your need to be seen by others as smart, disciplined, insightful.
This happens on all timeframes.
Intraday traders can get trapped fighting a move for hours because they “know” price is extended.
Swing traders can spend weeks anchored to a narrative while the market keeps delivering evidence against it.
When attachment increases, perception narrows.
Frustration can literally narrow your visual field (research shows negative emotion impacts peripheral vision and distorts the perception of spatial relationships).
Attachment also leads to confirmation bias - overemphasizing current beliefs and ignoring or minimizing new information.
You stop trading what’s actually happening and start trading your relationship to uncertainty and your need to be right.
That’s why self-awareness is such an underrated edge.
You are not just trading the market.
You are trading your own Inner Market simultaneously.
Your self-worth.
Your fear of being wrong.
Your emotional memory of prior losses.
Your need to recover quickly.
Your discomfort with uncertainty.
Your desire for validation.
etc.
All of it enters the decision-making process whether you realize it or not.
This is why two traders can look at the exact same chart and behave completely differently.
The chart is not the full story.
The operator matters....a lot.
And in many ways, the operator is the edge.
It's YOU that pushes the buy/sell button.
YOU are the most part of your edge.
The traders who evolve are usually not the ones who gather the most information.
They’re the ones willing to see themselves clearly.
The ones willing to ask:
“What am I really trading right now?”
Because when you work at that level, you stop trying to overpower old patterns with hopes, or 'promises' you make to yourself.
You begin to understand the deeper motivations driving behavior. That's the focus of my work.
And that’s often the beginning of finally moving beyond old limiting beliefs, emotional reactions, and self-sabotaging cycles.

@AshishB60558222@AshishB60558222 Dear Ashish the motive behind option buyers buying Deep OTM on expiry is to Pay theta to get the Miracle of Gamma. Why only delta considered and Gamma ignored in that cheap 20 Rs option. Please elaborate. The same risk for sellers is reward for buyers.
Bachpan waala India.
Regardless of the weather, our dinner time was at 7:00 PM and bed time was 10:00
Eating out at a restaurant was a huge deal, a rarity actually, that only happened when it was a birthday or a very special occasion to celebrate.
There was no such thing as fast food on every other day, and having a bottle of soft drinks and an ice-cream from the local shop was a real treat. Pass your final exams and you might have gotten a new set of clothes, or Bata shoes.
You took your school clothes off as soon as you got home and put on your ‘home’ clothes. There was no taking or picking you up in the car, you either boarded the school bus or rode on public transport, or just walked home. You got home did your chores and homework before dinner.
Not everyone had a house phone and much later, all private conversation were at PCO booth's.
We didn’t have appletv AmazonPrime or Netflix. We had only Doordarshan to watch. Jungle Book came once a week on a Sunday and Chhaya Geet on Thursday’s, for which we waited all week.
We played chor police, lappa chuppi, Football, Cricket, lagori, dabba ice-spice (actually it was “I spy”) Marbles and any other game we could come up with... At home, we stuck to chess, ludo, snakes and ladders and Monopoly.
Staying shut in the house was a PUNISHMENT and the only thing we knew about "bored" was --- "You better find something to do before I find it for you!"
Life was good without insta, facebook, twitter.
Followers were the friends standing behind you.
We played music via magnetic tapes or radio. A walkman was a luxury for the uber rich.
We went to the local shop for groceries and chiclets, jeera goli, kismi used to be a couple of paise.
We ate what Mum made for dinner and put in our lunch and snack box.
Bottled water was non existent. We drank from the school water filter.
We called our friends from home by shouting their names from the street below.
We weren't AFRAID OF ANYTHING. We played until dark... sunset was our alarm.
If someone had a fight, that's what it was and we were friends again a day later if not SOONER.
We watched our mouths around our elders because all of our aunts, uncles, grandpas, grandmas, and our parents' best friends were all extensions of our PARENTS and you didn't want them telling your parents you’d misbehaved! Or they would give you something to cry about.
We respected the Police, Firemen, Ambulance workers, Teachers, Doctors and Nurses.
We never answered back... ever!!!
We got detention at school for not doing homework, no hair cut, being late to class or being naughty.
Our teachers spanked us when we deserved it and our parents did not complain about it.
We did not know what luxury was. Our simple lives were so good.
Those were the good days. So many kids today will never know how it feels to be a real kid 😁.
I loved my childhood and all the friends I hung around with.
Congrats, if you are from the same generation...
😁🌹🤗
