@Zi0MIX Having split boards gives best of both worlds and if it’s going to make someone not want to be competitive and go for a game because there is two groups then that’s just weird. Only reason this is even a discussion is because majority don’t play vanilla.

@BlxckPS @GannonSnipes Personally there is a big difference in games, when patches first started being more common, the games I played just psychological were so much easier. Zero problems if i die, im going to get set up instantly next game, very different to finally getting a good game after resets.

@BlxckPS @GannonSnipes There are several, myself included when I get the time to play. I understand why people play with a patch but if the same record was done without its a far superior game and a true game, imo.

@BlxckPS @GannonSnipes It’s a good run but it’s not a true proper game personally just an opinion. Playing patched actually is 10x easier, complete different psychological aspect to the game for when you finally get a game going

@eternalhopeoaks My 1600 lv brain is drawn to Nf3 and Ng6+. I like Ng6+ as I can see ideas of Bb4+ if they play Ke8 and if the queen takes we can get to c8 with our queen. Struggling to see ideas if they play Kf8 though instead

@ImShahinyan I only see QD2 because it mentions double attack but my first thought was Bb6 as if you take the queen then BxB+,Ng6+,HxNg6,Rh8 which would probably get played at my level but i assume best reply is then just to take the free bishop on b6
