@AmericanAir Sad response! I was penalized on so many levels - entire cost of flight should’ve been refunded. How does a personnel issue justify a $50 voucher (not even a refund)???

American Airlines cancels my 7:30 am direct flight at 12:30 am due to lack of crew .... I reschedule (after an hr on the phone) for the only comparable flight at 5:30 am WITH a connection & 2 hrs sleep 😬 and they reimburse $50!! Really?!! Shame on you @AmericanAir
