@cetolyne @XOutBreakouts I agree they are ignoring my emails and my request on a refund they said they would do and not following through and they didn’t switch my payment date as requested. Their service is the worse ans hard to get in contact with Senior Leadership.

@MrCooper It doesn’t show, it just says reported on October 25, 2019 as a delinquent account and the other one says reported on October 24, 2019 as a delinquent account.

@MrCooper I pay my account up to date and is no longer passed due, but then see that the day I paid it up to date AND also the next day you report it TWICE as delinquent account and dinged my credit TWO times two days in a row.
