@RGuy999 Visited in 1999. Loved it. A dream fulfilled. Second time in 2023. It was OK but the vibe was so different. Everybody seemed moody & distant but the amount of black Africans selling shit trinkets around the Eiffel Tower with their menacing, surly expressions really told a story.
