I have been offered deals time and again, told either to leave the country or remain silent, and in return my cases would be withdrawn. Yet from the very first day, my position has been that I will only emerge from these cases through the courts, never as the result of any deal. This is why 300 fabricated cases have been filed against me. Any other person could not have withstood such persecution, but I know that I am innocent and that I stand on the side of truth.

Even the false Toshakhana case has now completely collapsed. Witnesses presented by the prosecution, Brigadier Ahmad and Colonel Rehan, themselves admitted that the Toshakhana gifts were not taken to my residence but deposited in the Toshakhana, and all documentation is complete.

Therefore, acquittal in this case should be granted in a single day, and in particular, bail for Bushra Begum should be approved, as she is a woman and is facing nothing but baseless allegations of aiding and abetment.

I am fully aware that the so-called courts under the 26th Amendment deliver dictated verdicts, not according to the law but according to Asim Law. The sequence has already been planned: first, conviction will be announced in the second Toshakhana case, and only then will bail in the Al-Qadir Trust case be approved. This is the script, and the judiciary is currently functioning not on the basis of law, but according to this script.

یہ پہلی مرتبہ نہیں ہوا کہ میں نے سوال آپ پر اٹھایا ہو اور جواب مجھے دوسری جانب سے ملا ہو۔ اپریل ۲۰۲۳ میں بھی یونہی آپ پر سوال اٹھانے کا جواب مجھے میرے گاؤں میرے لوگوں کو لہولہان کرکے ملا تھا اور ��ج پھر کبل سوات میں ہونے والے امن پاسون پر حملے اور امن کا سفید جھنڈا لی کر نکلنے والے ہمارے معصوم شہریوں کو لہولہان کیا گیا ہے۔
امن پاسون کا اعلان ہوتے ہی امن تحریک کے پرانے ساتھی اور اولسی پاسون کے خلاف جو کریک ڈاون ہوا اس سے واضح تھا کہ امن کے نام سے کس کو نفرت ہے۔ آج کے امن پاسون کو روکنے کی کوشش ناکام ہوئی تو دھماکہ کروایا گیا۔ اس کا ایک ہی مقصد ہے کہ جو قوم میڈ اپ دہشت گردی کی کئی کوششوں کو ناکام بنا کر اپنا امن قائم کر چکی ہے اس دفعہ ان کے اجتماعات پر دھماکے اور فائرنگ سے خوف پیدا کرکے اپنے مذموم مقاصد حاصل کیے جائیں۔
کئی دفعہ مالاکنڈ سے ریاست کی چھتری تلے دہشت گردوں کو بسانے کی کوشش کو ہم نے ناکام بنایا۔ پچھلے سال سے پھر کوشش جاری تھی اور کچھ عرصہ قبل میں نے پوری تفصیل بیان کی کہ بیس دہشت گردوں کی سوات، پندرہ شانگلہ، دس بونیر اور اس طرح دیر تشکیل ہوگئی ہے۔ سات مہینے پہلے پختونخواہ حکومت کو بھی آگاہ کیا۔ کتاب میں ان کو باجوڑ سے روٹ لگا کر لے جانے اور پھیلانے کی پوری تفصیل لکھ دی۔ سوات میں پرسوں جو خیبر پختونخواہ پولیس کے جوانوں کی شہادتیں ہوئی ہیں اس واقعے کی تفصیلات اتنی خطرناک ہیں کہ متعلقہ لوگ سب جانتے ہوئے بھی خاموش ہیں کہ ”گیم بڑی لگ رہی ہے کچھ کہیں گے تو مارے جائینگے“۔ مارے جانے کا ساماں تو ریاست کر چکی ہے بس فیصلہ یہ کرنا ہے آپ نے کہ پھر سے بے گھر ہونا ہے، ایک ایک کر کے نشانہ بننا ہے یا اسی طرح ان کو نکال باہر کرنا ہے جس طرح ہم پہلے کئی بار کر چکے ہیں۔ جنوبی اضلاع میں پولیس نے کھل کر اس ڈبل گیم پر اعتراض اٹھایا سوات اور مالاکنڈ پولیس سے گزارش ہے کہ پردہ پوشی چھوڑیں، دیکھ لیجئے آج پھر آپ نشانہ بن گئے۔کھل کر پچھلی دفعہ ڈی ایس پی کو گولی لگنے اور پھر مٹہ کے پہاڑوں میں پولیس کے اغوا کی کہانی قوم کے سامنے رکھیں۔ ۲۰۲۳ میں کبل سی ٹی ڈی پولیس لائن پر ہونے والے حملے کی حقیقت قوم کے سامنے رکھیں جس کو شارت سرکٹ کہہ کر دبایا جارہا تھا۔ پرسوں جو شہادت ہوئی جس کا ذکر آپ نے بند کمرے میں کیا قوم کے سامنے وہ حقیقت رکھیں ورنہ یونہی فرنٹ لائن پر رہتے ہوئے جنازے اٹھاتے رہیں گے۔ اداروں کے کہنے پر امن کی آوازوں کو حراساں کرنے کا سلسلہ روکیں کیونکہ ان کی پالیسی تو بدل جائے گی بے گھر ہم نے ہونا ہے۔ قیمت ہم نے مل کر ادا کرنی ہے۔ سوال پوچھیں کہ آخر یہ چھپن چھپائی یہ لانا، بسانا، جنازے اٹھانا اس سے کونسا ملک کا مقصد حاصل ہو رہا ہے جس کی ہمیں سمجھ ن��یں۔ جھوٹ بولنے اور ہمارے جنازوں کے اعداد و شمار دکھانے کی بجائے ایک دفعہ سچ پر مبنی بریفنگ دے کر اپنی پالیسی بدلیں۔ اور کان کھول کر سن لیں کہ آج کا یہ ترقی یافتہ مالاکنڈ ریجن یہ سیاحت ترقی اور امن کا گہواہ مالاکنڈ ہم نے ۲۰۱۳ کے بعد سے اپنے ہاتھوں سے بنایا ہے اور کسی کو اس کا امن تباہ نہیں کرنے دیں گے چاہے وہ آنے والے ہوں یا لانے والے!

“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly on the successful and dignified completion of the transition process within the provincial government. The way our members stood firmly by the party’s ideology and voted, without hesitation or reservation, for my nominee for Chief Minister is truly commendable. PTI is the largest political party in the country. To label those associated with it as ‘traitors’ merely because they disagree with a particular policy is extremely dangerous. Those who distribute certificates of treason and label others as ‘anti-state’ for political convenience must be stopped.
As a politician, it is my democratic right to critique any policy that goes against the public interest, national integrity, or democratic principles. I have always opposed, and will continue to oppose, any such policy that harms Pakistan’s interests. The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have given us their mandate, and we are accountable not to the DG ISPR but to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Therefore, we shall never act against the interests of Pakistan or its people.

I have no enmity with the Pakistan Army. The Army is mine just as the country and its people are mine. Many members of my own family have served in the armed forces. During the 1965 war, people from seven out of eight houses in our Zaman Park community were serving in the Army, defending the nation. It pains me deeply when soldiers lose their lives in the war against terrorism. Yet instability persists, and lives continue to be lost on both sides.
History bears witness that military operations alone cannot eradicate terrorism. Our principled stance is that military operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are unacceptable, as lives of innocent civilians are lost under the label of ‘collateral damage’ and people are displaced from their homes. Large-scale operations have been carried out for decades in an attempt to eliminate terrorism, but the menace persists. Precious lives are lost every year, whether the martyrs are soldiers, police officers, or innocent civilians.

I have always maintained that to achieve the complete elimination of terrorism, decisions cannot be made behind closed doors. What is needed is a comprehensive strategy based on political wisdom and inclusivity. Any policy formulated without the consultation and participation of political representatives and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is unacceptable. All key stakeholders, including local tribal leaders, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and federal governments, and the Afghan government must be consulted in determining counterterrorism policies. Without meaningful dialogue with Afghanistan, the issue of terrorism cannot be resolved.

I once again instruct the new Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to engage all parties involved and formulate an effective and comprehensive strategy against terrorism. One that ensures sustainable peace in the province and ultimately leads to economic recovery.

In every democratic society, citizens have the fundamental right to peaceful protest. To use violence against unarmed people and open fire on them is completely unacceptable. The brutality inflicted upon Tehreek-e-Labbaik workers is the same injustice that PTI has been enduring for the past three years. A similar massacre occurred on November 26th (2024) at D-Chowk when our unarmed supporters were fired upon by snipers. I strongly condemn the inhumane violence and the shooting of unarmed citizens in the Muridke tragedy.”

“When the tragic incident of the Fall of Dhaka occurred in 1971, the country was under martial law, imposed by the dictator Yahya Khan, who had made himself the ultimate authority. The Hamoodur Rahman Commission was established following the tragedy of East Pakistan. It revealed that Yahya Khan, in pursuit of his personal interests and to unlawfully extend his rule by another ten years, made decisions that led to Pakistan being split into two.

The Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report was prepared after extensive investigations involving representatives of the superior judiciary, the Army, Navy, and Air Force. During this process, statements of hundreds of people were recorded and four years were spent probing the causes of this national tragedy.

According to the Commission, one man's ego and lust for power led to a dark era of tyranny and oppression that permanently broke the country apart. His gravest mistake was the attempt to suppress Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Awami League, the most popular party of the time, which had won 160 out of 162 seats. Instead of respecting his party's mandate, it was pushed into a corner. Mujibur Rahman was imprisoned, and their own seats in West Pakistan were fraudulently increased. On March 24th, 1971, negotiations with Mujibur Rahman began, but on that very night, a military operation was launched against the Bengalis. According to official figures, 50,000 lives were lost, but the real death toll was far greater.

The same conditions as those of 1971 have been recreated in Pakistan today. Asim Munir orchestrated the false-flag operation of May 9th (2023) to crush the country’s most popular political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Over ten thousand PTI members and supporters were arrested within two nights. How was it possible that 10,000 people could be detained in just two nights without any investigation? Thereafter, a systematic campaign was launched to annihilate the party. All political activities of the largest political force in the country were banned. Anyone carrying a PTI flag was abducted, our candidates and their families were kidnapped, and even our electoral symbol was taken away. Yet on February 8th (2024), the people came out in defiance and shattered this entire false narrative.

February 8th was a day of revolution when the people voted against an oppressive system and gave PTI a two-thirds majority. When the Commissioner of Rawalpindi, in response to the call of his conscience, exposed electoral rigging and confessed to manipulation of votes by the tens of thousands, the very forces guilty of rigging concocted the absurd narrative that he had lost his mental balance—and then made him forcibly disappear. His whereabouts remain unknown to this day, but we will not allow his memory to be erased.

The real culprits of May 9th are those who stole the CCTV footage. Now, under the guise of that incident, our remaining seats in parliament are being taken away by handing down ten-year sentences of ten after sham trials. The height of shamelessness is that Ejaz Chaudhry’s seat was stolen and handed over to Rana Sanaullah, who had lost his own election. All these punishments are utterly unlawful.

Through deceit, seats are being snatched from us one by one. That is why we chose to boycott the by-elections, because those seats too will ultimately be stolen. To participate in such elections would be to legitimize these false convictions. I pay tribute to all those who have resigned from the National Assembly committees and given up all privileges, and I direct that resignations also be submitted from the Senate’s standing committees. I will announce our future course of action in the coming days.”

اس وقت پورا ملک سیلاب میں ڈوبا ہوا ہے۔ پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخوا کے سیلاب کی وجہ سے لوگوں کا بہت نقصان ہوا ہے۔ پوری قوم کو یکجا ہو کر اس صورتحال کا مقابلہ کرنا ہو گا۔ میں اگر جیل سے باہر ہوتا تو ضرور فنڈ ریزنگ اور ٹیلی تھون کرتا مگر اب اپنی قوم سے کہتا ہوں کہ وہ بڑھ چڑھ کر اور دل کھول کر ریلیف کے کاموں اور سیلاب متاثرین کی امداد میں حصہ لیں۔
