They claim my situation is the reason why they cannot. The package was stolen. They stop replying and I gave them 3 weeks to process a replacement so had no choice but to file a dispute. I closed the dispute because they required it in order to get a replacement… that was their response after not replying at all. Did what they said and in the end, they won’t replace stating dispute was opened. They kept me going for a month like this to end with a wire transfer.

@gilbertjimp My parents fell for the Norton antivirus email scam and had 65K stolen from them - almost all of their $. Their bank said it was a wire transfer and therefore an instant payment so they got none of it back. They can’t afford to move now like they were planning.
