Exercise is great for keeping you humble as you age.
Coming to terms with the fact you may never run as fast can be a blessing.
It can shift your motivation away from achievements, and towards the intrinsic joy of running.
#SPM350 (Intercollegiate Athletics Admn) had a special opportunity to chat with @WKUSports AD, @ToddStewartWKU, this morning on everything from experience to media exposure to NIL. So thankful for our partnership with WKU Athletics & the opportunities it affords our students!
🟥Follow along this summer as we share Red Towel adventures from CHHS faculty and students.
🌊First up, we are sharing pictures from a recent study away trip to Hawaii!

Amongst all the people, Marsha Hopper, one of our WKU colleagues, found us at the Derby Mini finish line and took this pic!! CHHS Tops on Top! #experiencechhs
Always so appreciative when @WKUSports AD, @ToddStewartWKU, shares his time & knowledge with our @WKUSPM students! Today, students got to hear about Todd’s professional journey & the lessons in leadership & management he’s learned along the way. Thank you, Todd!
All four women who have held the American Marathon Record since 1985, including the latest in the lineup: Emily Sisson! Emily ran 2:18:29 today to beat Keira D’Amato’s record by 43 seconds.
Really proud of Darrian. He came in the @WKU_RSA program hungry for new experiences and opportunities. Looking forward to following his journey. @CHHS_WKU@WKU_KRS
All these women sharing stories about their experiences with running in the morning/dark/broad daylight really shines a light on how men and women move through the world in entirely different ways.
So very eye opening, and so insane that women live like this.
We must be better.

I’m so excited about our new Student Wellness Navigator program. We are teaching students to take care of themselves, so they they will increase their quality of life before helping others do the same! Wellness is important and I’m trying to incorporate it for all in CHHS!
