@BankofScotland of no use if you haven’t registered your account with AXA , the final attempt at phoning (that was the fourth try ) I was on hold for 25 minutes , not a good experience ... .... must try harder BoS and AXA

@BankofScotland Finally got through to a live person who was able to deal with insurance claim , the website BoS/AXA logon is awful with a real clunky registration system that doesn��t give you an option to enter an account number just asks for email which is

@BankofScotland Rang 03456040477 Several layers of input of account numbers etc , then spoke with a switchboard person who transferred me to a claims person who then asked if it was a new claim and transferred me to an another agent and then I was just left hanging with a Thanxs for your patienc
