@Crew_Clothing Then a polo shirt we bought had a stain on it and again as the same colour wasn’t available was told either refund, buy again with the stain at a discount, but couldn’t get an exchange. You lost money today and was such a shame on your part and ours ☹️

@Crew_Clothing returned 2 jumpers today. Wanted to change the sizes. But because you didn’t have the same colours available for one of them, and we had used a discount code pre Christmas, told couldn’t do this and would have to pay the difference. Crazy-so refused-got a refund.

@UPS_UK really shocking service. Lost a parcel that weighed 32kg and cost £1000. We shipped back to sender on the same packaging - unopened and now being told packaging not good enough. You never return calls when I speak to you. Customer Service is non-existent.

@FatFace Don’t understand it when you can get a voucher code for £10 off online an item costing £90, but store won’t match it-especially when we want to support High Street shops. So whilst standing in the shop, placed my order online, £10 cheaper and free home delivery. #crazy !
