@McDonalds why in the UK Uttoxeter store in the last 3 visits no water available with the happy meal , you have the normal bottle in stock why not just supply those every time I’m told the staff can’t authorise it ??? Poor service

@HiltonHotels diamond member just been & complained about a vile smell in my room & no air con looked at and spoken to like I was making it up, Is this how you treat loyal diamond members ?been informed by maintenance that the air con has been broken for days! Heathrow T5 hotel

@parcelforce you’ve delivered a parcel but not to my address , no card left no details your not on my cctv , absolutely shocking service , how hard is it to deliver to a house they clear labelled etc ! Your website is not easy to follow to enter a missing delivery
