@HalifaxBank Trying to change my name and wish to complain about how frustrating the process is. I’ve changed it with other banks without fuss yet Halifax has made it a process that takes weeks. It would be simpler to close my account and open a new one under my changed name.

Fallen at an early hurdle in my training for the 2025 London Marathon - went over on my ankle on uneven pavement. Puts me back a few weeks on my training, but on the plus side I’d already made progress since my last run so hopefully I can get that back when I resume training.
