And after all that, the prescription wasn't even made up correctly so she'll no doubt have to go out and stand in the cold for another 1hr 30m later on in the week, risking her and her husband's health because of sheer mismanagement and incompetence of @LloydsPharmacy
Awful customer service by @LloydsPharmacy in the time in which we need them most - my mum who cares for her vulnerable husband had to stand in a queue in 8°C for over 1hr 30mins before being seen to. They served 7 people in this time. Are they making the tablets in store?!
Why not have two queues - one for people that need their prescription making up and another for people who are just there to pick up prescriptions? Surely better than making the elderly wait unnecessarily outside in bitter conditions.
