Today, the @ArtBasel Miami Beach release "Serpent State" by @emilyxxie sold out.

This one carries a lot of weight for me.

It was the last project I worked on before my mom passed away. In her final days, I sat beside her as she looked at Emily’s artwork and talked about where she would hang the print in her home.

Seeing this collection sell out is bittersweet, I’m proud of it, grateful for it, and heartbroken that she’s not here to celebrate it or see that print on her wall.

Life and art are both beautiful gifts. I’m grateful every day for family, for friends, and for this incredible art community that makes moments like these meaningful. ❤️
