@F_FantasyHub if their downgrade upgrade is putting them on the back foot (whether for strategic ADUO reasons or showbiz reasons to extend the championship fight) then it's FER + RED for me. Ferrari seemed incredibly strong in Malaysia. MCL doesn't seem there yet.

Was debating -10 to drop MCL for RED since Max and Hadjar seemed like a stronger pairing than Lando and Oscar.

@LeapsFrog24 may sound cliche but have you tried talking to different recruiters on LinkedIn? I had a tough time finding a position once due to not fitting an expected category for my field in accounting.
resumes are a dime a dozen but someone putting in a good word goes a long way.
