@jakeyjake1734@carolvorders I'm amazed at the high level of incisive wit and smarts you exhibit @jakeyjake1734, its like you follow a different drum ... or not even real.
I'm thinking of doing a "Dodgy Tory Roulette" game
Spin the wheel, see which name the little ball lands on, do a bit of digging and tell the truth about them?
Might set it up as a website but need help with that.
Thoughts?
@WonderToothless @SirEmmerson @pritipatel Hard to tell from the level of wrongness and stupidity if this is sarcasm..ohwait. No facts, just ga..gaa..gammon!
Another market on the brink of collapse.
Another example of shareholders walking away with billions.
Another example of a regulator asleep at the wheel.
Another example of taxpayers being asked to pick up the pieces.
But not even an apology?
The Sun columnist Rod Liddle talking about Huw Edwards on Newsnight, but writing in The Spectator 2009 about how if he was a teacher he'd "sh*g the kids".
"The one thing stopping me from being a teacher was that I could not remotely conceive of not trying to shag the kids.
It seemed to me virtually impossible not to, and I was convinced that I'd be right in there fron Day One.
We're talking secondary school here by the way and even then I don't think I'd have dabbled much below Year 10..."
(Year 10 is age 14/15)
Btw @AdamBienkov is a great journalist to follow ⏬
@helenmilner@goodthingsfdn Hope you're able to be able to have some Quality Assurance with these remote volunteers. Yet again, professional people who wish to cascade skills and best practices to help local people are undermined.
@accessjames AI should be used alongside human moderators to build capacity, and humans should have a final say. Anyway, there is not much real AI anyway, its all machine learning and as such subject to the bias of its creators.
What a surprise. Not having rent controls or legislation on second home renting was just something the Tories just didn't think about with Brexit package where Russians and Chinese buy up land...lets welcome our corporate overlords.
@mattprescott start growing initiatives - if the Tories love the 'blitz spirit' so much, we can 'dig for victory'. Oh, and improve wages for farm workers, eh?
All our independent high street businesses and market traders need your support at this time! Please help Deptford keep its unique character - spend and share in whatever way you can.
@barbarajaneuk @Baddiel I think the first part of your idea is worthy, but they will back disease with them. Let them go to a place where they can do what they want and really see the results.
@digitalmaverick I think its fun to work with large pieces of paper (wallpaper liner is useful) and create big process maps, mind maps, game shows etc. I work with adults of all ages.
@BBCRadio4 not always. My work is really about helping people use digital devices, and remote working takes a lot away, although it can add to those with some confidence and connectivity
