@amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta Amazon customers are being deceived by a fraudulent Best Seller Badge on Amazon US.
ASIN B0B7B649XX is a bottle of sewing machine oil. Amazon has a dedicated "Sewing Machine Oil" subcategory where all legitimate competitors sit. Instead, this seller parked the listing under "Serger & Overlock Machine Accessories", a category for physical parts and attachments, to grab a Best Seller Badge in a low-competition node.
Every shopper who sees that badge is being misled into thinking this is the top oil on Amazon. It isn't. This is the same scam Bloomberg exposed in 2022 (phone mounts in axle shaft category): https://t.co/R8BqASrz5i
I've reported this through every official channel, 4 Complaint IDs (19854184971, 19915297261, 20060872311, 20064693681), detail-page reports from buyer accounts, a Seller Support phone call, and a forum post tagging Manny_Amazon. All auto-closed without human review.

@amznsellerhelp @dharmeshmehta I need help with a clear Best Seller Badge manipulation case on Amazon US:
Competitor ASIN B0B7B649XX is sewing machine oil but instead of being placed in the dedicated "Sewing Machine Oil" subcategory (where all legitimate competitors sit), it's parked under "Serger & Overlock Machine Accessories" to fraudulently hold the Best Seller Badge there. A bottle of oil is not an accessory or attachment.
What I've already tried over weeks:

- 4 Reports a Violation in Seller Central
- Multiple "Report incorrect product information" via detail page
- Multiple Seller Support phone calls
- Forum post tagging Manny_Amazon: https://t.co/6TXB3UyjGf

3 Complaint IDs all auto-closed without human review:
- 19854184971 (closed "action taken", no change)
- 20060872311 (closed as "listed correctly", factually wrong)
- 20064693681 (rejected as duplicate)

Need a priority ticket to a human reviewer. Happy to share screenshots and seller ID via DM.
