2. Get involved at local schools
3. Be present, in clericals at every event you can in the local community and walk the High St regularly, saying ‘hi’ and smiling.

Incredibly sad to hear J G Windows in Newcastle has closed. A Tyneside musical icon, along with The City Hall, Mayfair, The Club a'Gogo... Its almost philanthropic approach to many of the region's performers and our culture was unique. The region lost a bit of its heart today.

@_DeiGloria @OurCofELike I was priested in 2015 and I am still learning- we always are. During curacy you are still basically an apprentice, so there is teaching. Looking back, I wish there’d been more leadership training in my curacy, because the demands of f/t ministry in a changing context are huge.
