Hey, @Paytmcare@Paytm@PaytmMoney,
Just for your information, I know this is probably just an AI mistake, but this is how your AI assistant works.
And what the hell is going on with your Postpaid service? Why does it send 20+ notifications every single day (between 10am-5pm)?
Even when the due date isn't anywhere close?
Not only are you charging an absurd amount of money, but customers also have to suffer from constant notification spam and digital humiliation. This is not the customer experience anyone expects.
@Swiggy
Could you please explain this? There hasn't been any rain yet, so are you charging based on the weather forecast rather than the actual rainfall?
Also, how exactly is the forecast calculated, and on what basis are these charges determined?
I'd appreciate a clarification.
@SwiggyCares@Swiggy If a service fee is genuinely required, you have every right to charge it. But it should be communicated openly and transparently, rather than being added under different heads that keep changing. That's the only concern I'm trying to raise.
@SwiggyCares@Swiggy@PMOIndia@myogiadityanath For your information, I have already taken screenshots of the location from where I placed the order.
Instead of giving me baseless justifications, please address the actual issue. Or, if you're confident in your explanation, let's test it. What do you say?
@SwiggyCares@Swiggy And if that was really the reason, then why did you remove the rain charges in the first place?
Now that I'm questioning the additional packaging charges you added, you're giving me this nonsense about going and checking whether it was raining at the restaurant.
