@black_tym The issue is soooo many producers don’t think romance has enough of a “mottor” to run the story or “conflict”, whenever I was trying to pitch romance, every single person I spoke to and some even in the industry were like navigating romantic conflict is “not interesting”

All because they dared tell just a love story, they made a massive f you to the serial killer centric generic kdrama plots, showed this is only about love and Im Sol & Sun Jae the killer doesn’t matter at all and they gave us a happy ending and proved THIS CAN BE FICTION too ❤️

@jmbeveridge Your gist is on point! He says his dialogue of even one second is a waste for him so he wants her to not hold back but in order to keep her heart comfortable he’s happy to keep it a secret. A second later evey1 sees and IS friend cries that if they’re dating she’s betraying her😅

Finally watched ep 10 of Lovely Runner andddd April 10th is my bday ahahaha so got a kick out of how as I was turning 11 years old in the drama world April 10th 2009 Im Sol and Ryu Sun Jae were having such a big moment 😂

@jmbeveridge I hope they don’t do that too 😫 but just from some Bts photos ppl have shown Im Sol is back in a wheelchair and unfortunately SK shows still don’t have sensitivity around these subjects :( but the writer has been pretty good so far so hopefully it will be a pleasant surprise
