Thrissur pooram is perhaps the largest Hindu festival in the state of kerala in terms of people participation. It's more of an emotion for the people there!.

99% of CA Students won't go for Voting if exams are held a day before or after voting date

The Right to Vote is a Constitutional Right & Freedom of expression granted in Article 19. Further Right to Vote is a Fundamental Duty!

If Exams restrict freedom granted in Article 19, can this be challenged in Writ Petition?

CA Students who are not prepared and want exams postponed to just get some time are the ones who will not be prepared even if exams are postponed!!

However, a month's delay should not affect the students who are already prepared!!!

What is more important in a democracy?

Voting > Exams? Or Exams> Voting?

IMHO: Voting in #GeneralElection2024 is equally important and one month of exam postponement should not affect anyone but would ensure rights granted in Art 19 are available & exercised without any influence or force!! @PMOIndia @ECISVEEP
