83. 7 जून 1974 तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गांधी जी ने भारत के गुलामी समझौते पर अपना हस्ताक्षर कर दिया ।इस गुलामी की शुरुआत नेहरु जी ने आज़ादी के तुरंत बाद 1949 में शुरू की थी ।1962 के पहले हमारा अन्य देशों के साथ व्यापार पौंड तथा कुछ जगहों पर उस देश के रुपए से होता था,अमेरि��ा ने भारत को Bretton -Woods समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए मजबूर किया,इस समझौते के तहत हमारा अन्य देशों के साथ व्यापार केवल डॉलर से होगा,यानि डॉलर ही हमारा भाग्य विधाता हो गया ।डॉलर उपर-डॉलर नीचे आप ज़िंदगी भर देश को अमेरिका का उपनिवेश बनाए रखिए,Bretton- Woods समझौते में अमेरिका ने दुबारा 1962 में संशोधन किया,इस समझौते के अनुसार हमारे रुपए का अवमूल्यन इंदिरा गांधी जी ने 6 जून 1966 को किया,अंतिम चोट 7 जून 1974 को बैलेंस ���फ पेमेंट का समझौता था जिसमें हम अमेरिका के ग़ुलाम एक औपनिवेश हो गए
