A lot of times in life, you just want things to go the way you said they would. You want people to respect what you say, and if they ask for your opinion or suggestion, you naturally hope theyβll actually consider it.
But when things keep going the opposite way, it can get really frustrating. Constantly explaining yourself, repeating the same things, or feeling like nobody is listening can drain you more than you realize.
Whenever I get into that kind of situation, Iβve found one of the best escapes for me.
I get in my car and go for a solo ride.
No plans. No destination that really matters. Just me, the road, and some time away from everything.
Somehow, after driving for a while, my head feels lighter. Things that seemed so irritating before donβt feel nearly as big anymore.
For me, a solo drive isnβt just about driving.
Sometimes, itβs simply the easiest way to get away from the noise for a while and get my head straight.
