@Christophe80243@PayNews Unfortunately Christopher each of the 54 states has their own registration process, In my experence none are the same. #paynews
@PayNews State tax/websites can be valuable but also can be frustrating as they are focused on individual taxes and it can be hard to find employment tax info #PayNews
@PayNews To provide more information online about the status of the account so we can research ourselves and not spend hours waiting on the phone #PayNews
@PayNews A7 first I'd check with the tax department to see if they have any amounts due to the IRS. If they do, I'd have them write the IRS to move the amount transferred back to the payroll account #PayNews
@cltriplett67@PayNews You can always claim reasonable cause, providing the IRS with all of the steps that happened and promise you have changed procedures to ensure compliance in the future #PayNews
@PayNews If you've filed a 941-X to claim a COVID credit, it may be a while and could cause a notice as the IRS has over 150,000 941-Xs in backlog processing #paynews
@TWalstrum @GreytGold it's important to use the 941 Schedule D to explain the differences between 941 and W-2s when there is a transaction causing them to be out of balance #paynews
