Busy week this week. Walkabout with @CllrIramfaisal, patrol of Falinge Park with @Official_FPHS staff and @FalingeHub, crime investigation, suspect interview and a moped seized that had been causing issues on Denehurst Park. I'll get round to replying to my emails on Monday!
It was great to walk our beat with @CllrIramfaisal . We will be working on some of the identified issues and are always open to feedback and suggestions. #teamwork
The Rochdale North Neighbourhood team have been busy last week. 7 Stolen vehicles have been recovered, a drugs warrant was carried out which resulted in a male being arrested, charged and remanded to court this morning, and more speed enforcement on Edenfield Road #Result
The North Neighbourhood team were out again tonight conducting speed enforcement on Bury Road in response to resident complaints and the feedback from our last operation. Three recorded speeds were 59, 57 and 52 all in a 40 zone. All drivers reported for the offences.
Speeding has always been one of Spotlands biggest issues. I was very lucky to recently receive training for the official speed devices. We will be conducting further operations in future. Can't believe some of the speeds we clocked last night.
The Neighbourhood team were out last night on Edenfield Road conducting speed enforcement due to resident complaints. 5 Drivers were stopped and issued with offence reports, and others will be contacted over the next few days. The highest speeds recorded were 54 and 58mph!
Officers from the Neighbourhood Team were out on Rooley Moor Road yesterday evening conducting a #CommunitySpeedwatch in response to resident complaints and a couple of collisions recently. Remember that 30 is the maximum not the minimum.
Our neighbourhood police team are out today advising residents about #AlarmLocksLights as the dark nights draw in 🌃
