With the announcement of the federal funding freeze, Pennsylvania’s network of rape crisis centers has been stripped of their primary funding source.
These funds are used for counseling services, 24/7 rape crisis hotline, legal assistance, and more.

Great news: Pennsylvania has passed SB920 and achieved the six pillars of rape kit reform! A rape kit tracking system with a victim portal will be established within a year. We’re grateful to our partners at PCAR (@PCARorg) for their tireless advocacy.
