@Packology @DavidDavisMP A misconduct hearing has a lower threshold than criminal. Criminally, you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt. In a misconduct hearing it’s the balance of probability.

I don’t agree with this call either, admittedly. It’s the IOPC going for a second bite. Lower threshold.

@SpamNotAMan This one was just eventful. We got charges which was a win, we just should have had charged closer to 1-2 not 6. CPS straight up refused to look at a case because we had to send it via email due to major technical issues
