Congrats to our Cadence Breckenridge for sweeping each major lift at the end of June lifting!

Deadlift-225 lbs
Bench-90 lbs

All the girls worked really hard this month!

We will have all girls lifting on Mon and Wed from 9-10 in July after the off week next week.
