I was told when I spoke with ruby last time that a compensation for pre closure of EMI can be provided since the merchant EMI was not cancelled from Flipkart. Why should I pay 3k+ Interest on EMI when I don't have the product. Can some human call me.

I am not looking for an immediate resolution. At least have the courtesy to contact your customer and explain the delay or investigate when damaged products are delivered twice.
