Update: The tor2 facility has successfully transferred back to utility power, and utility power has been stable for some time. This maintenance window is now closed.
Update: We're nearing the expected end of Alectra's maintenance (based on previously communicated time-frames), and are waiting for them to turn commercial power back on.
Update: We've now crossed the half-way mark of the utilities anticipated window. The facility is still operating on generator and no issues have been observed thus far.
The tor2 facility utility power has been disconnected, and the facility is now running off generator power. Staff remain on-site and are monitoring accordingly.
PC staff are now on-site in Tor2, and the utility provider (Alectra) is outside preparing to start work. The work is expected to start on-time, and updates will be posted as appropriate.
The www2 migration is complete, PC staff are checking over the migrated content/system/etc. to look for errors/issues/etc. that are related to the move (and not related to PHP/SQL updates/etc.). If your site is down, please open a ticket VIA our helpdesk/regular support channels

The final account transfer is nearly complete, the last few accounts are in the final stages of transferring to the new host, at which point post-transfer steps will commence.
Staff are still monitoring the account transfers. At this rate, it looks as though the maintenance may go into over-time, as the read speed on the source server is much slower than anticipated.
the www2 migration is proceeding, slowly but steadily. Accounts are currently transferring from old to new hardware, and mail has been locked out to help prevent message loss/duplication/etc. There are still several hours of transfers to go.
a disaster recovery company though-out the night, and expect to be on-site for several days as the coolant is being professionally cleaned from the facility. PC staff are actively assisting the impacted customers who have been receiving more direct communications. (2/2)
It's been brought to my attention that the last tweet from Saturday night did not post. To update, the Tor1 facility transferred back to commercial power around 6:15pm, and the building closed out their maintenance window at 7:15pm. PC staff remained on-site with (1/2)
We've heard from the building that they're nearing completion on the electrical maintenance today, and expect to be transferring back to utility power soon. Building and PC staff are still working on cleaning the leaked coolant, mitigating damage to customers, etc.
There has been a leak in the Tor1 facility originating from the floor above. A generator is leaking coolant, and is infiltrating the Tor1 facility from above. PC staff and building staff are actively working to contain the incident, impacted customers are being notified.
