Transportation letters have been mailed as of today. As a reminder-due to reduced capacity on buses only students in grades K-8 at 2 miles or more are eligible for busing, there will be no space available rides until the county reaches a “Yellow” status.

Buses 137 out of Dentzler, 124 out of John Muir, and 110 out of Pleasant Valley will be running 10-15 minutes for their elementary routes this afternoon due transfer bus delays at Hillside. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Routing for the 2019/20 school year is almost completed. Letters will be sent out the second week of August. All the space available requests we have already received have been processed and we will continue to process them as time permits. We are looking forward to the new year!
The Transportation department celebrated Bob’s career with us today. He is retiring after 18 years! (This was his second career)We certainly will miss his knowledge as an OBI and his true passion and love for this profession. Best of luck Bob!!
