Terrible news about Roath Park having to close. Fingers crossed it can open sooner rsther than later.

We’re really sorry, we’ve had to close Roath Park lake because of blue-green algae. As soon as normal water levels return, the lake will reopen.

Please look out for warning signs around the lake & stay away from the water’s edge to avoid contact with the algae.
