After months of emails, calls tickets raised, your employees have treated the matter with 0 urgency or importance. Infact you have hired people that are not able to string together simple 7-8 word sentences in English and that has made it impossible to communicate.

@instagram @Meta @facebook our social media team has experienced what they describe as the worst customer service experience they have ever had to go through. Our official instagram page was restricted from posting months ago, and we have been unable to get a reason for it still.
