@247Blinds extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience following purchase of two blinds. Only received 6 days ago and had problem with one blind which I have been trying to resolve for 3 days now. Phoning told no agent available, web chat 3 hour wait !

@British_Airways@British_Airways did as you asked and this morning took the option to talk to agent waited over an hour and a half but no agent forthcoming. Appreciate how busy you are but this is really poor reflection on BA ๐ก
@AmericanAir disappointing that you cancel our flight from San Juan and push us onto an alternative that means 3am check in !!!! And then to be told by @British_Airways that we canโt choose an alternative as a redemption flight. No evidence of customer care at all ๐

@British_Airways yet again faced with flight changes, in fairness AA flight but booked through BA; and yet again the app and website shows โsystem issuesโ when trying to rebook ! Phone call redirects to website 2 days now beyond frustrated with recent experience ๐ก
@British_Airways is it normal that we have waited over 7 weeks for a response to claim for expenses and compensation for flight which you cancelled after online check in less than 18 hours prior to departure? No joy when trying to contact you to find out progress of case
