GLP1 fight cancer by lowering blood sugar which cancer cells love. PET scans work because they find the cells metabolizing the most glucose (cancer cells).
Can do the same thing with low carb/keto diet ( admittedly not as easy as taking a pill) without the side effects oh GLP1. Check out “ Tripping Over The Truth” by Travis Christofferson or Cancer as a Metabolic Disease by Thomas Seyfried. Diet can be combined with standard chemo.
Also good way to eat if you’re healthy.
