At least ensure product availability at all Retail Outlets.

Please note that ASI Tersem from Mirado Chowki threatened a Petrol Pump to close down at night because of fighting between two customers within the Petrol Pump.
Are we to close our Petrol Pumps @night because @PunjabPoliceInd wants that?

Just got off this crazy call with an HNI

1. HNI family have invested ~$1.0 mn (then 7.5 cr) since 2022 in Dubai under- construction property with a scheme to pay the reminder $ 1mn over time (Total of $2mn)

2. Family of 4, so each of them sent $250K thru LRS initially ( all kosher there)

3. Over next 2 years, they sent another $1 mn , $500K each year

4. Good part- The property price has appreciated to now $2.8 mn (3 , 2BHK units near RAK (Ras-al- Khaimah) with the same builder)

5. Bad Part- RBI has sent a compounding notice to unwind the entire structure and pay a fine of Rs 4 cr, 100%+ of profits wiped away

6. Reason, Any payment scheme is construed as a contingent forex liability which the RBI hates

I've connected him to one of our partners to see how they could explain their case and potentially reduce the compounding & will keep everyone updated on the progress

- The amount of mis-selling which happens by the unorganized Dubai Oprerators who dont understand the FEMA, RBI Regulations and Company's act ( MCA is crazy)

- Looks like this is just the start of this unwinding from RBI & many more to come.

@Ludhiana_Police @sawhney_sakshi The attached Order with regard to Heavy vehicles not allowed unloading inside Ludhiana city does not exempt Essential supplies of Petrol and Diesel. City Petrol Pumps will not be able to serve the public if Tank Lorries cannot enter the City.

Over the last few months incidents of armed looting, arson, threats and attempts at blackmail have increased. Same is reported and FIRs have been lodged. Our Staff is scared- we need better policing and action against these nefarious elements.

The PUC centres still await renewal of licenses & for some the wait has been 3 months. Online application was meant to be smooth and fast but there still is much manual intervention & officialy apathy overlaps leading to such.

@ioclpunjab @IndianOilcl These shortages go undetected at dealerships as the tampered dip lines cannot determine the shortage. Depot staff sleeps on their jobs and allow TTs with illegal fitments and those resorting to unauthorised halts ( where fuel is pilfered) as per VTS.

@DGPPunjabPolice the theft of fuel from oil tankers at unauthorised stoppages as per CMVR. Petrolun Rules and @PesoNagpur under the very nose and sight of @SubPhillaur is apalling. Teams need to be constituted in Punjab to check acts else will lead to likes of blast at Lalrudhaba

Such pilferage/thefts and very attempts are violations of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 section 3, 6 and 7, however, none is bothered.
