@Delta This is not the issue @delta. It’s that your gate agents aren’t upgrading people. I’m not asking to be upgraded on the plane. The service lately has been subpar in this area
@Delta you ignored my tweet about this last week and customer care refused compensation. Happened again this morning. No upgrade offered for 3rd time in last 4 flights. Bad look.
@Delta- customer care telling diamond members that they decline compensation after multiple upgrade opportunities being missed/ignored by gate agents seems unacceptable. Easy to rectify this in my mind. Case # 01304500
