I emailed Dr. Tony Fauci today to tell him how disgusted and sad I was with how he has been being treated. I told him he is a hero and has my support and my admiration.

I reminded him who I was: the “aerosol activist.” During COVID I pushed him — and pushed him, and would not let it go — until he said out loud that the SARS-2 virus travels through the air. He graciously heard me out in a Zoom meeting. He changed what he said. That is not a small thing in a man with that much on his shoulders.

So today I sent a note of thanks, and shared our latest work on the Tijuana River at the US-Mexico border. I almost didn’t send it. He is flooded right now, and I figured it might never reach him.

He wrote back within the hour. Thanked me, and told me to keep up the great work.

A man under relentless attack still made time to answer someone he owed nothing to — and to encourage her work while he’s fighting for his own name. Gracious, ethical, kind. Exactly the qualities the people going after him are trying to strip out of our society.

I stand with Dr. Fauci. He is a hero. Sad times in America continue.

I wanted to let everyone know that the kind staff at Medicare spent an hour on the phone with me last night.

He got me to an insurance plan that will cover my medications. When I told him what I had been through in the last 60 days and how I did not need this hassle, the guy moved heaven and earth.

Rarely do I ever see government workers this vested in helping. But when I explained the issue, he said OMG I have a chronic condition too and I know all about your issue and then proceeded to talk to me as the first intelligent person about it.

I mean this guy knew more about the issue than my insurance carrier under Medicare. I wished I got his name, but before you get bamboozled by an insurance salesperson, call Medicare.

The guy said for me the two worst companies for drug coverage are Humana and United Healthcare. Anyway, thank you everyone, the concept of dying next week was not on my bingo card. And thank you Medicare for employing kind people who care. 🥰

BREAKING: A chef EXPOSES Rand Paul for lying about Dr. Fauci and COVID vaccines by revealing that the MAGA senator was himself vaccinated — and guess how he knows?

Gera was responding to a post in which Paul wrote: "Remember: Anthony Fauci was all about 'following the science,' until it came to vaccines. He was all about forcing you into compliance, even though we all knew infection was the best protection."

If we "all knew" that infection was a better hedge against the coronavirus than the vaccines (it wasn't), then why did you get vaccinated, Rand?

It couldn't possibly be that you recognize the value and efficacy of the vaccines but are pandering to ignorant conspiracy theories for political gain, right? That would be deeply immoral, spineless even!

This is the same Rand Paul who said that he wants to prosecute Fauci for his imagined crimes and who exposed the doctor's personal diary to the entire world. This is political theater of the lowest sort, and this so-called senator should be ashamed of himself.
