Your customer service is a joke @AirbnbHelp. For the past 2days I get a message saying we r calling u, then nothing happens. I was told my host wanted to kick me out bcs I said the lift is broken. Have had to be in fear for 2 days as a female solo traveler this is NOT acceptable

Award for shittiest airline of the year goes to @AerLingus Rude and hideous staff. My carry on was 0.04 kg over and the woman at the gate insisted of me having it checked in such a nasty way ��and then the gentlemen that came to collect it said it is fine take it with you 😣
