@NFLRedZone1 Since the advent of NFL Red Zone, 7-hours of uninterrupted NFL football is equally enjoyable and invaluable on Sundays. As a sport psychology professional, I get to watch clients concurrently playing games within the league. It's nothing short of AWESOME!!!

I recently witnessed a professional athlete making a statement that has stayed with me. "It's not a matter of going through life, but GROWING through life." It's rather striking how such a simple distinction can favorably influence perspective.

It was awesome to see my colleague Tracy Ford's facility (FSP) getting exposure on the SNF broadcast last night. That's right! DK Metcalf and a host of other elite NFL players train with Tracy and his staff. FSP is 1st class all the way!

An event today brings sadness to many of us in a particular generation. Specifically, the world lost guitar GIANT Eddie Van Halen to a battle with cancer. Perhaps one of the greatest musicians of all time. So glad he shared his gift with the world. Rock in Peace EVH!
