Town end £15 #stfc v barrow

Get the word out. We are entering a critical period in our season. The club have done a good thing here, except forgetting to tell anyone.

Let's hope it's not the last promotion this season 😁

#stfc

Just listening to lspod. Did YOU know Barrow on Saturday is a price promotion game?

DRS & Arkells £18. Pass it on.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

Any chance #skysports. You’re streaming service is pitiful. You wonder why people turn to illegal streams when you massively over charge and don’t even deliver #stfc

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@DeanMcMackin Unchanged I reckon

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

#stfc Botan, as long as we have a decent sell on and a few quid now, we need cash to sort the deficiencies in the squad. Another big man up top.
Proper defender and we need another CM. Can’t rely on Ball or Clarke to stay fit.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@LoathedStranger Started really well, kind of got the job done first 20. Massively sloppy goal from a set piece which is standard for us, they never really created much other than a bit of chaos from set piece/long throws, don’t recall Ripley being that troubled.
Any win on the road is precious!

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@SamMorshead_ @bendoyle84 @SamMorshead_ what’s the situation with his contract, he seemed very up for signing. Would a fresh 2 year deal with a well deserved pay rise not just put all this to bed?

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

Couple on here I wouldn’t mind #stfc having a sniff around before the season starts.

[The Football Lowdown @FBLowdown]

Angus Gunn is still available ✅

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@acklamjoe @David_STFC Go on then! Get the job done @acklamjoe

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

Can someone do one of those updated team sheet things showing who we have in each position. If you’re like me and not inclined to one just retweet until someone who does sees this. #stfc

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@LoathedStranger I’d have offered Cox another year. Possibly injuries put us off but feels like he’s been unlucky with impact injuries rather than having “injury problems”. Ripley the most important along with Namdi and hope Glatz stays, feel like he’ll continue his latter season improvement.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@GeorgePBishop8 I won’t say I told you so but…. #stfc

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

#stfc ATM I’m trying to
keep. Ameen, Ripley, Cox, Ofoborh, Glatz, Drinan. Add that to the contracted players and then sign 5-6 new, a couple of those could be current loan players?#reducethechurn.
Thoughts?

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@GeorgePBishop8 You won’t find a many with a better delivery into the box with Cox, will compliment Harry nicely. Aware of Ripleys comments but I’m basing my picks purely on football. I want him to stay, no one knows who will stay this is about who I want to stay.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@GeorgePBishop8 @mendieGK I like Glatz, get why people don’t want to keep him given this season. But he’s a good footballer and wins the ball back high up which suits Holloways style. 7 in 19 last season, he can do it, just struggled a bit for form and consistency still young as well, will only improve.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@GeorgePBishop8 Squads need a Drinnan, I’m not advocating him starting every week but his worth ethic is infectious, has good pace, always give 100%, good physicality and won’t cost the world in wages. There’s room for him amongst 28 odd players and it helps reduce the churn.

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@thetowntalkpod Pathetic

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@AdverSport I’d prefer to see Ofoborh over what I’ve seen of Ollie Clarke, he’s been quite disappointing so far!

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

Nice number 10 type before 11pm please. Another few additions on top very welcome! Also playing much better would be nice, oh and a new owner. 🤣 #stfc

[James Peacock @Peaky505]

@JamieD_STFC @Official_STFC Never mind a boring sub keeper, can’t we have a tasty number 10 announced?
